Program: The Renewal Studio Appointment Messages — appointment reminders and appointment-related updates (confirmations, rescheduling, visit preparation) sent by text message from The Renewal Studio, an aesthetic and skin care studio.

Opt-in:You opt in by checking the optional SMS consent box when booking an appointment on our website. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of any service — the checkbox is entirely optional, and you can book with or without agreeing to texts. If you don’t opt in, we’ll communicate by email instead.

Message frequency:Message frequency varies; you may receive typically 1–2 messages per appointment. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-out: Reply STOPat any time to cancel and stop receiving messages. After you send STOP, we’ll send one final message confirming you’ve been unsubscribed.

We do not share, sell, or rent your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Select treatments require a deposit at booking, shown before you confirm. Your deposit is applied in full to your service total at checkout — it’s not an extra fee.

Life happens — we just ask for notice. Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hoursbefore your appointment using the link in your confirmation email, and any deposit is fully refunded. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice forfeit the deposit.

Missed appointments without notice forfeit the deposit, and repeat no-shows may be asked to pre-pay in full for future bookings.

Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require shortening or rescheduling your treatment so the next client starts on time. Treatments shortened by late arrival are charged in full.

Certain treatments require health history and consent forms, sent with your confirmation email. Completing them before you arrive keeps your appointment time focused on the treatment itself. Clients under 18 need a parent or guardian to sign consent in person at the studio.

For your safety, we may decline or modify a treatment based on your health history, skin condition, or contraindications identified at consultation. Any deposit is refunded in full if we can’t treat you.
