The Renewal Studio(“we,” “us”) provides aesthetic and skin care services. This policy explains what information we collect through our website and in the studio, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions? Email roxane@therenewalstudio.co.

• Contact and booking details — your name, email, phone number, and the appointments you book.
• Health information — the health history and consent forms you complete before treatment. We collect only what is needed to provide services safely.
• Payment information — deposits are processed by Square. We never see or store your full card number.
• Messages — anything you send through our contact form or reply to by email or text.
• Treatment records and photos — clinical notes and, with your consent, before/after photos, kept as part of your client record.

• To schedule, confirm, and remind you about appointments.
• To screen for contraindications and provide treatments safely.
• To keep the treatment records that professional regulations require.
• To send you service communications. Marketing is sent by email only, only if you opt in, and every message includes a way to unsubscribe. We do not send marketing text messages.

We do not sell your information. We do not share your health information with anyone except the service providers below, or when the law requires it.

We use a small number of vendors to run the studio: our website and database host (Railway), Google Workspace for email, Square for payments, and Twilio for text reminders. Each receives only the information needed for its role.

If you provide your mobile number when booking, we send appointment-related text messages: a reminder about 24 hours before your visit and occasional messages from our staff about your appointment. Message frequency varies, typically 1–2 messages per appointment. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. We do not share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited to studio staff. Treatment records are retained for the period required by state regulations, after which they are deleted.

• You can request a copy of the information we hold about you.
• You can ask us to correct or delete information, subject to record-keeping laws.
• You can opt out of marketing at any time; appointment messages continue.
